These Terms of Service apply to anyone who contacts All Pro Plumbing Heating and Air, requests an estimate, schedules service, or uses this website. Service Area

All Pro Plumbing Heating and Air provides plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services in Bakersfield, CA and the surrounding region. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operating area or beyond our current scheduling capacity. Contacting us does not guarantee availability for a specific date or location.

Estimates and Work Authorization

Any estimate, quote, or verbal price discussion is informational only — it is not a binding contract. Work does not begin until a written work-authorization form has been signed by the customer or an authorized representative. That signed document governs the actual scope of work, agreed pricing, and any special conditions. If the scope changes once work is underway (for example, a concealed leak turns out to involve additional pipe sections), we will communicate the revised scope and obtain approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a separate written payment schedule has been agreed to in advance and documented in the work-authorization form. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards; accepted methods may change and will be confirmed at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings consistent with California law.

Insurance Coordination

When a repair or replacement is part of an insurance claim, we can work directly with your carrier to document the scope and cost of work. Coordinating with a third-party insurer requires your explicit written or verbal authorization. We do not guarantee coverage determinations — those decisions rest solely with your insurance provider.

Scope of Work and Liability

All Pro Plumbing Heating and Air operates as a licensed contractor under California state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage unrelated to the authorized scope, or issues that arise from deferred maintenance outside the work we performed. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under California consumer protection law.

Dispute Resolution

If a concern arises about completed work, contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly with a follow-up visit or a direct conversation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation or, if necessary, through the courts of Kern County, California, under California law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The current version will always be posted at allproplumbingheatingandair.com. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
